I can't believe the other reviews! While I do agree with the noise issue when you are in your apartment, I have not been witness to the other things the year I've lived here. The community is always clean and the staff is ALWAYS nice when I call them or stop in. The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. I have never had a problem with the maintenance team when I've asked for minor repairs. I enjoy living here and find it to be one of the best communities in the area. For the most part, the community is very quiet. Occasionally when I get home from work, there are kids playing in the courtyard and they can get loud. But, they are always quiet by 7:00 or so. That is to be expected in any community. The only complaint that I have is that I have loud neighbors above me, partly because they are loud and partly because of the building's construction. Other than that, I absolutely love living here and think it's a wonderful community.
