Too Noisy and not worth the high rent!

We have lived in Walton Centennial for a while, The size of the apt and layout of the
apt. is great. The noise level is awful.. You can actually hear the neighbors 2 and 3 floors up using the bathroom and washer/dryer and dishwasher.. Water coming down the pipes at all hours of the day and
night. Radios, t.v.'s ,stero noise, just people walking about, is heard as if it were in your own apt. The grounds stay nice, the gronds keepers try very hard, but "some people's kids" just do not know how to behave and pick-up after themselves. I have seen numerous dog walkers not clean up after their pets. I DO and it is not hard to do and it is the proper thing to do! The management is rude and can really never answer a question to your satisfaction.
The kids scream and ride their bikes, scooters everywhere and we have almost hit a few kids. The language on the playground is a reason not to take your kids or guests.
I am looking forward to moving!
