As apartments go, it's not bad. However, as others have stated, you will lose your security deposit, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. The new managment is not nearly as attentive as the former (we miss you Ginger!)

Maybe things have improved since this review ... when we moved out in 2009 we got most of our deposit back, minus a couple of small deductions that were completely fair.
