For an apartment in roswell it's a decent. You can hear your neighbor fart and the management has a hard time remembering to fix your stuff. Other then that, it's clean and safe.

As apartments go, it's not bad. However, as others have stated, you will lose your security deposit, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. The new managment is not nearly as attentive as the former (we miss you Ginger!)
