Overall BAD. - I moved in to orion apartments in august 2010. The first night there I realized that the apartment above me was obviously rented out by -------- whom were very noisy. I doubt it I highly doubt that anyone from our management team would show you anything less than a completely "ready to go" apartment. I've lived here for quite a while and never saw or smelled mold. Sounds like you might be another local apartment complex who wants to be comptetive?

I've been living here since Aug.2010 and I have been impressed with the staff and the overall community here.
Very spacious, no problems parking, minimum to no noise, and the neighbors are very friendly.
I highly recommend these apartments.

I love my apartment I got one of the upgraded apartments with new appliances for only $50 extra per a month. I like to lay out and when you drive in it is so peaceful with the lake and trees. You would never know that you were on a main street. Also it is super close to everything.

Helen Easley I have been a resident here for 2 years. During this time I have found mgmt to be very nice and concerned for the apt complex and residents. I appreciate the mandatory pet lease regulation. Since I love pets but do not care for them to sniff at my feet or jump up onto my clothing.
