It is a wonderful location, close to schools, churches, shopping and friends. it is a quiet area. It has a wonderful wonderful environment with the view of the marsh. I enjoy the relaxing environment .

Great location and beautiful property. Convenient and clean amenities: pool & fitness center. Management is professional, friendly and eager to please. Would like to see the breezeways done professionally each year since they have sophisticated equipment.

Overall, I would really like to appreciate the leasing office staff for their great work Ms. Nicollette and Mary. I enjoy the quietness and peace of the community. There is also a sense of comfort and safety. My neighbors are good and friendly.

Beautiful community with generous floor plans. The Staff take issues seriously and address them quickly. I have been very pleased with this community since 2008 and plan to continue to live here for many more years.

Simply the best place to rent that we are aware of in Savannah. And we have looked all over the place with the exception of Pooler. The local management of this apartment is particularly responsible.

It's very quiet, clean and well kept. The maintenence staff is extremely kind and helpful. The interactions I have had with the office staff have been great. They are helpful at answering questions and giving information. Very much enjoy loving here

Beautiful place to live but there have been a lot of issues with the apartment. The management and maintenance staff are great, quiet community, and the private island is super cool. The gas leak on day one is pretty crappy.

Move in has been relatively smooth. Maintenance has responded to any non-urgent requests within 48 hours. The kitchen in the corner unit is very spacious. However, keep note that there is no microwave in the apartments.

Community looked fine. Apartments very dated, really small and kitchens need updating. The kitchen needs microwaves and updated stove/ovens. Rooms felt boxed in and looked to be needing a paint job. Thank you for showing.

Nice community and amenities with a great location. Friendly staff and maintenance is very responsive. Apartments could use some updates but very very clean and spacious. Easy access to downtown Savannah, Tybee island and Thunderbolt with lots to do
