| 01/27/2013 | I moved into the complex in 2003 and they were only a few years old then. I lived there until 2007. When I first moved in, I thought the apartment was great and it was for the first 3 years. The grounds were nicely maintained and the apartment was spacious and modern and I was paying $710 a month including water! I only signed one lease when I first moved there in 2003 and they never went up on the rent or made me sign a new lease in 4 years. There were a lot of college students (myself included) ...
