DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved out in November 2005 and have not yet received my security deposit! They screwed up and put my move out date for a whole month after my lease was up, even though I gave 60 days notice! But thats not even the good part.The apartment was not even ready for me to move into on my move in day and I was moving from out of town, with help waiting for me to move my stuff! My utilities all had to be switched to a new apt, and as a result i had not heat for 2 days, no phone, and had to reschedule cable installation!Management didnt care and it was their fault! While I lived there, my ceiling in my laundry room caved in, ruining clothes that i had to get insurance to reimburse me for(i had been complaining about the leak in the roof for 2 whole months before it crashed in with water!) My toilet wouldn't flush for 2 months (maintenance had been informed the whole time), the water was turned off 3 times for a 24 hour period due to 'maintenance' causing people to have to go to hotels (no reimbursement from the property of course), the 'gated' community is not gated because the gates are always open! This place is horrible! Management just doesnt seem to care. Stay away unless you are just at a LAST resort! I am a nice person and nevr complain, but i have to warn people about this place! And i dont know what kind of background check they do but there are some unsavory characters that live around there also.
