I didn't know this website was here, but after reading all the bad reviews I have to say this will be a good one! Yes I loved Devin she is good people, I'm sad to see she is gone, but I love Melissa an d Robert! They are both very friendly and always have a smile for me when I go in the office. In the past I had to ask over and over again to get even the little things fixed in my apt. All I have to do is ask them one time and the maintanence guy is there to fix it! I am soooo impressed! I've been here for a few years and I plan to be here for a few more! Great Job guys! Oh, the complex is looking a lot better now, I harldy see trash behind my apt. And thanks for getting the gate working!

Sounds like mgmt fluffing the ratings to me. I've lived at Aspen for 4 years and NEVER did it take this long for things to get fixed. Melissa STILL hasn't returned my call from January about a leak/hole in my ceiling, but she did leave a note that I owe them $2! Yes $2.00! WHAT A GREAT NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM....RIGHT! Don't bring Devin in this because she made SURE my work orders were done and I can recall a time or two when she did them HERSELF. Now that was GOOD Customer Service! I'm leaving in June when my lease ends. I've had enough.
