Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The six months I stayed there were a living hell. The apartment was:
- infested with termites
- we had mold in the maintenace closet
- the tenants above us had a water pipe that burst at 3am and our entire apartment flooded
All of this happened within six months of us living here. Can you believe that' I would not recommend the lower level apartments.
