Good Place if you are a college student

I have lived here since 2002. The place is very safe and I feel the office staff are very nice. They keep the place clean and looking beautiful. If you are a family with kids I wouldnt recommend moving here. This place has become more and more like a fraternity complex. Mostly college students and young professionals who make a lot of noise and do not have consideration for other tenents. This place is built for roomates who enjoy partying cause that is what goes on. The later it gets the noiser it becomes. For a family the three bedroom is way overpriced.
