For the most part, this is a pretty nice place to live; however, I would recommend living on a top floor, as the walls are a bit thin.

Rent is reasonably priced; however, phone calls to the office are usually picked up by the answering service and seldom returned. "In-person" seems to works the best.

Maintenance is good, with turn-around time within a day; however, there is no lock-out service.

The Post seems to have lost the high standards it had years ago - some of the people look pretty seedy, depending on which section you're in.
