Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
All post apartments will charge you for electric and gas separtely, so you end up paying around $100 for gas and electric for a 1 bedroom unit. The gas is for hot water use only, you will be billed around $40 a month just for hot water usage. 1 Bedroom units are billed around $53 a month for water. A real SCAM!
