Over the past year I have had a pretty good experience at Post Vinings.
PROS: I LOVE the maintenance staff (Rico and Emmanuel are the best!), very friendly and efficient. The apartment is very spacious (big rooms and closets). The amenities can't be beat: 2 clean pools, not many kids running around, tennis courts always available, free tennis lessons are great, fitness center has all the equipment you need and 3 tv's you can watch to take your mind off of exercise. I've never had a problem with noise except for maybe twice, but no big deal. Parking always available.
CONS: Bugs seem to always be an issue during the warm months (inside and outside), I even had a roach crawl on me in bed (EWWWW!). The utilities are pretty expensive (water, electric, and gas can add up to over $200-$250 for a 2 BR apt.).

Overall, I would recommend the apartment, nothing was unbearable, and I would probably stay if my new job wasn't so far North of here.
