I have lived in this community for about 15 months and I must say the stay was good. The staff was responsive for any repairs. However, I was never convinced that the water bill could be so high ($70 a month) for a 4-member family(incl 2 kids). What surprised me was also that they sold off the property to Greystar without informing the residents and the final water bill turned out to be $100. Till this happened, my impression about Post was quite good, but now I doubt their professionalism. Time will only tell us how Greystar performs. But the new management has come up with a flat rate of $45/month for a 2-Bed and which is good.
Other than that, I think it is a good and quiet place to live in.
