I am a new resident of Aventine at Vinings. I did originally submit my application to Post Vinings. I have to say that at first I was a little hesitant to continue with my move in because of the change of ownership. But after meeting with the new staff and the friendliness of the new Greystar Management staff, I agreed to move in. I have received great customer service from the new staff at the property and am excited about the new renovations they are making. The attentiveness and responses to any requests I have asled, that I am happy I made the decision to move in. My apartment was very nice at move in, and have received exceptional customer service from all of their employees. I think this Management will continue with their promises. Must say that Aventine at Vinings has been a great experience!

This sounds like the new management posted an anonymous comment and are trying to pass it off as legit. We're not that dumb guys.
