I am a new resident of Aventine at Vinings. I did originally submit my application to Post Vinings. I have to say that at first I was a little hesitant to continue with my move in because of the change of ownership. But after meeting with the new staff and the friendliness of the new Greystar Management staff, I agreed to move in. I have received great customer service from the new staff at the property and am excited about the new renovations they are making. The attentiveness and responses to any requests I have asled, that I am happy I made the decision to move in. My apartment was very nice at move in, and have received exceptional customer service from all of their employees. I think this Management will continue with their promises. This sounds like the new management posted an anonymous comment and are trying to pass it off as legit. We're not that dumb guys.
