I am a current resident of the Aventine at Vinings complex and have been for several years, mainly due to the great location and that it was a Post property. Ever since Post sold to Greystar Properties, it's been a terrible place to live. The office staff consistently lies across the board, says they'll return your call, etc, and you NEVER hear from them. They continue to blame it on the fact that they're short-staffed. How is that MY problem''' The renovations that have been done so far are shotty. Half painted buildings, parking spots being taken up by moving equipment and all sorts of other things. The landscaping looks horrific compared to how Post kept it up. It once was a really nice place to live, and I was so happy to be a resident of Post because they're well known for their friendly and helpful office staff, as well as beautiful landscaping. Now, everytime I pull into the complex, I get sick to my stomach knowing that I pay so much in rent for that place. Once lease is up, I can assure you I will be moving out.

As Property Manager, I urge the poster of this review to contact me directly so that we may discuss these issues and obtain some resolutions. My name is Wendy Moza. The painting of the buildings is beginning this week and will make the property the once beautiful place it was. With all renovations, there are some growing pains. We have tried to make things as convenient for the residents as possible, but we cannot make everyone happy. With the landscaping we are doing our best to keep it up to Post standards. However, it is winter. Once the spring comes, we are SURE that the residents will be just as happy as they once were. For anyone reading this posting, please contact me personally so that I can explain any concerns that might exist.
