Like the other long-time residents of the complex I was wary when Post sold the complex to Greystar. However, in the ensuing months I've been really impressed and pleased with the changes in the property. The landscaping is amazing and the new owners have come in and repainted old faded buildings and put up new retaining walls. Last evening I was walking my dog on the property and realized that this place looks so much better than it ever did as Post Vinings. Plus, the folks in the leasing office are trying incredibly hard to please and are extremely nice. So I say this is an excellent place to live!
