I routinely read the posts that people leave on this site, and usually don't respond, but after seeing all of the negative posts lately I can't be quiet. I am extremely proud to say that I love living in this apartment complex and have for a while. I have weathered the storm of having management companies change and can say that I'm pleased with the new faces. Yes, they may be a bit understaffed at the time, so maybe we should cut them a little slack. If nothing else the property manager, Wendy Moza, or as some might call her ----- ----, definitely seems to have the best interest of this community and it's residents in mind. Also, if a prospective resident is looking at these posts and using them to decide if it's worth moving here or not, I'd like to say that generally people aren't going to take the time to post on something like this unless they are mad and wish to vent. I hope that people will be smart enough to take that into consideration in their apartment search.

The management at Aventine at Vinings greatly appreciates the kind comments. It always is nice to get a compliment when you are doing something good with your job instead of negative comments everywhere. I hope that all residents and prospects can see how positive comments make a difference more so than negative ones. Wendy Moza

I cannot believe that anyone would defend this company. Being understaffed is not the residents problem or issue???it???s the company???s job to get it together to serve their customers; you know the people paying their salaries. It's just a symptom of the underlying lack of professionalism and ???management??? in general. It's indicative of a much larger problem...the company doesn't know what their doing and doesn???t care enough to actually figure out what should be going on. Wendy is constantly on here trying to excuse things away and/or defend the company instead of taking the comments made into consideration and trying to actually DO something to change the perception. I personally would leave a GREAT message if there were anything to brag about...however, there isn???t. The truth hurts doesn't it?

I thought that even with the complaints, it was worth us checking out Aventine, so hopefully we will have a nice stay after we sign our lease on Saturday. When it comes down to it, the complainers on here aren't complaining about 1. thugs or 2. bugs (or rats, flooding, etc), so that is already much better than the other 100 apartments we looked at.
