I have lived in the complex when it was Post. The new management team are courteous and ver helpful about helping with any needs that i have had. They respond to maintenance issues quickly. The new owners are making a large investment on updating the cosmetics of the buildings and landscape. It will be a better looking place to live. Painting the buildings and re-doing the retainer walls is a big step to the update. I would recommend Aventine at Vinings to anyone!

Wow Wendy it seems as though you are doing a great job running this place. My husband and I are looking for an apartment in the Smyrna, Vinings area and will definitely take a look at Aventine. It is huge plus to have a property manager that truly cares about pleasing her tenets! Very attentive of you to respond to everyone???s postings.
