Aventine is quite an impressive & distinctive style of apartment living in the Vinings area. Michael Warner was our representative and he did a fantastic job of selling us on this property. We downsized from 2 homes totalling over $600k and are quite pleased with the amenties that we need for the temporary adjustment. Way to go Michael and the Aventine Staff.

Thank you very much for such great feedback with your experience of Michael and the Aventine at Vinings team. The community has had some wonderful improvements since Greystar began managing mid December - which has required a lot of cooperation from the very valued residents. With all exterior renovations, there have been some bumps but the good thing is - we are on our last large task - repaving! Once that is done, we can enjoy the most beautiful community in Vinings!
