I recently moved out of Aventine at Vinings after purchasing a new home. I found my old apartment to be very dated and in need of a renovation. The old management company, Post Properties, was easy to work with and tried to accomidate me by painting over the dated wall paper and helping to update the place a bit. The new managment company however has been very difficult to deal with and they have taken advantage of the swtich in ownership by charging me for these updates that Post incurred. I would not recommend living in this complex simply because I don't trust the management and if an issue were ever to arise while living there, I don't believe that they would work with you to get it resolved.

To this poster, I sincerely apologize that you feel this way. What you did not mention is that we did work with you by reducing the amount of damages you owed after you left items in your apartment and that I gave you one month to produce documents from Post proving they had painted the walls and that you were not responsible. I apologize again that you feel we were not able to work with you, but after giving you ample amount of time to work through your issues, we were not able to give you the solution you desired which required no charges at all. You are certainly welcome to your opinion and I urge everyone who reads these postings to realize that we cannot always satisfy everyone completely. We did however, reduce your charges, and that should give you some satisfaction. Wendy Moza, Property Manager

Wendy, I know you are tired of apologizing to ppl. Step your game up along with your staff, and I guarantee that it will get better for you at Aventine at Vinings.

I can believe a person of upper management would respond to a tenant on line this way. Very unprofessional, Customer Service is a must. Never argue back an forth with the customer, most importantly information shared by Wendy moza on line for everyone to read is a breech in confidentiality, so if I was the tenant and this went to court I would considered bringing this up, everyone should not know there was damange to the tenants apt which resulted in charges, not professional at all. There are ways of responding to the tenant with keeping it professional.
