This property could improve on its customer service skills. As far as making calls back in a timely manner, and just overrall treating there tenants and potential tenants like they really want them at the property and not just a paycheck for them.

Wendy and her staff does not return phone calls.

To the poster, please let me know who you are so I can make sure check for any messages I may have missed. I admit, sometimes I am not able to return calls during the day, but I always take my messages with me to call back in the car. I will work very diligently with my staff to return all calls.
