I recently moved to Aventine. The renovations are great. The kitchen, the light fixtures throughout the apartment & what seems to be new carpet! Parking is great. The staff has been great so far too. I haven't heard much noise from the neighbors. I had read most reviews about Aventine before moving in mostly to see if people had any complaints about bugs. I would say maybe one person did and it was a few years back. However I have had an ecounter with a couple (2) bugs so far in my apartment and it kind of worries me, it's definitely not a serious case yet but I would appreciate it if anyone has had a problem, to share it with me so that there are no surprises and I know how to handle the situation. It is a 20 year old apartment, granted, so i wouldn't be surprised but I'm just wondering!!

When I lived there, my first unit was a top floor unit and had a wasp's nest in the fire place, and an ant problem. The second unit was a grand floor unit and was WAY worse. I had bugs all the time, even a baby snake. My suggestion would be to have the bug dude come out every single week for several weeks in a row. That will help.

Wow.. I live on the top floor with my balcony facing the woods so I know that could bring a lot of bugs around but hoping it was controlled more! Thank you!

WOW, YES ALL CAPS, I AM SO GLAD I LOOKED AT YOUR CONCERN, I HAVE ONLY BEEN A TENANT OF THIS COMPLEX FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND I LIVE ON THE WALK IN LEVEL, I AM SCARED AS HELL, I HAVE EXPERIENCED ALL KIND OF BUGS, INSECTS, HAVE HAD A BEAK OUT OVER MY SKIN AND MORE, I HAVE HAD PEST CONTROL COME EVERY WEEK, ITS KEEP GETTING WORSE, EVERYDAY A NEW THING, MY TOY POODLE CAUGHT AN EAR INFECTION IN BOTH EARS, FEVER AND HAS BEEN COUGHING SINCE, I AM TRYING TO WORK THIS OUT WITH MY LEASING OFFICE NOW THANKS FOR THIS REVIEW, MY SUSPICION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
