Management is pretty good in taking resident s concern seriously.

It is so obvious; that you were not able to get your way with management. I moved into Aventine at Vinings back in May of 08 I have enjoyed my stay thus far. I must say the opposite pertaining to the office staff. The new office staff is the most competent staff this propery has ever had. They are fair and across the board. I wanted to have my way with something and was told by several members of the staff the same answer; then I over heard another resident with same request(which was reasonable)and they gave him the same rebuttal.....It was quite a surprise to hear. But it let me know they are fair. I see many moving trucks on the property with people moving in not out. People always no matter the circumstances complain about the negative......never about the positive. The Manager, with whom I had the pleasure to deal with, is a very nice and accommodating lady. The whole staff is quite kewl I must say. I must admit I am quite the diva, so I can be very difficult at times. Prospective residents; dont be discouraged by some upset douchebag....who is probably a man that is lacking some where else and feel the the need to be cynical. This is a really great place and once you come visit you will see for yourself.
