These apartments are under new management. The office staff are either new or don't know what they are doing. There are wall unit air-conditioners, so it may take a while for your house to cool off. There are only thermostats in the kitchen and in the bedroom..anywhere in between those areas are pretty cold in the cool wheather months. There are a lot of children that play in the streets unattended. The walls are like paper, you can hear your neighbors conversations as if you were in the same room.

These apartments are for someone who has no furniture and it does not get that cool in the bedroom because they have a window unit. The maintance takes forever to come and fix your problems and you can hear what goes on in the next apartment. The kids play in the road but it is ok for a starter apartment.
