I moved in a couple of years ago. I fortunately have had no problems with my apartment, except for an ant infestation. I recommended my cousin to move in, but she moved out with 4 months because there was a problem w/ mold that was never resolved also many other problems such as leaks, and heating and air that she had to badger management to fix. The management has changed at least 6 times in the last year.
The newest manager is completely incappable of performing her job. the pool is half empty and the hot tub is algae green. I have pictures..i took them Saturday....really disgusting. I wish I had not have stayed another year....but when managemet changes I try to keep faith that things are going to get better. Oh, and i am all for equal housing...but this place has gone to the dogs. 50% of the current residents are down right scary. I don't see how a family w/ 4 kids can be permitted to live in a 2 bedroom apt. I really like the layout of my apartment, which is why I am soooo sad about the study decline of this property.
