I can't wait until my lease is up next month.
Ok, I know you will see an occasional bug every now and then but seeing large roaches on a regular basis is no way to live. I had the ant problem last year as well and the property manager just said "Yeah it's that time of season. Their pest control is a joke. I had to direct the man to specifically spray certain areas properly.
I had what I can only describe as I guess a water cricket. That freaked me out in my bathroom and kitchen. Everyday a centipede looking thing will make itself appear or be found dead rolled up somewhere in the apartment. I looked at the pool/hot tub once and it was dirty so i never went back there again.
The guys who clean the apartment/grounds and use that blower mnachine end up blowing dust in your apartment and on your window sill.
I took this apartment last summer as a last resort with a roommate and while it is a large spacious apartment, the bugs, roaches make it all not worthwhile.
I have heard something scratching in the walls. Matter of fact something ate my cake one day out of the box. The property manager said it was a squirrel. Lord that really took the cake!(LOL). I even had a lizard in my apartment once that almost gave me a heart attack. But the maintenance guy Mark is really a sweetheard and always comes and does anything I need. He may be the best thing here.
For me the location was the only best thing about the apartment.
Don't move here! You've been warned. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
