Calibre Brooke was a wonderful place to live for me. I just adored the place. Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and great landscaping.

Every time I put in a maintenance request they were there within 24 hours. I would come home from work with a note saying what was repaired and everything. I used the tennis courts and fitness center fairly often as well.

Do be careful - I had an encounter with another tenant at the fitness center one evening, and it was not pleasant. But I called the front office and they accommodated me as much as possible and encouraged me to call the police and they would back me up. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary.

This location is right off of the extremely busy Cobb Parkway, but once you are through the gates you would hardly know it. It truly is like home. I plan on moving back there soon (I got a job in a different city and now plan to move back).
