Positives:

I love the Property Manager, David. He is really great and accomidating. It's pretty quiet (other than my downstairs neighbor who blasts Huey Lewis karaoke all day). It is very upkept and clean. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Free food every now and then. Parking is great (however, their occupancy is low right now). No pest problems. Great pool, tennis courts, and volleyball area.

Negatives:

The apartments are a little old, and they slap paint over stuff sometimes as a quick-fix. The breezeways could be more well lit. The "fitness center" is not good. Equipment is broken and pins are missing from weight equipment. The bathrooms are small for girly-girls, like me, and so are the closets. One crime incident, someone had their purse snatched.

With this said, in order to have a nice, quiet, clean community, CB is very strict. I have had complaints made to the office because I open my sliding door too much at night and another time because I had my little "boombox" on in my bedroom at night. It is really ridiculuos and I couldn't beleive they even entertained those asinine complaints, but it's the price you pay for peace & quiet.
