The basics of courtesy are really stressed here. Management is wonderful to us as residents and they ask us to be wonderful to each other. ( I think for the most part we are! ) My entire building is full and it's rare we hear or are bothered by anything. We just bought a home and will be leaving soon. I will miss being spoiled and catered to. Thanks David, Kriss and Donna...You have been a blessing.

As per our policy all lease terms are the same for each person. If the lease is terminated as per Georgia Law, termination fees are applied. As we don't engage in screaming matches, feel free to approach us at any time for any reason. As reflected in our ratings, customer service and satisfaction is our #1 goal.

We did not terminate our lease agreement. We still paid for and owned the apartment until the end of the following month. Yet management went in and tore the apartment apart. Including: pulling the stove away from the wall, removing all of the switchplates, tearing the tiles off the guest bathroom wall and piling them on the floor, repainting, leaving the refrigerator door open, leaving the porch door wide open and having the heat blowing full blast at the same time, etc. I have pictures to prove this. It is clearly evident that they were preparing the apartment for the next tenant at our own expense. Management at that time claimed they did nothing wrong, yet they made the apartment 110% uninhabitable. Run, run, run far away from this apartment complex and as quickly as possible.
