Having rented apartments for many years, some good, some bad. I can say that I am so happy here.

The apartments are nice and large. The neighbors are great (if you like playing beach volleyball there is always a group down at the pool ready to play). I have had no problems with bugs, noise, or crime. The staff follows through with work orders and greets you by your first name.

You can tell that the staff cares and that is why I continue to renew my lease every year.

It is also nice to see David and Kris standing outside at 7 in the morning passing out breakfast once in awhile.

I am haapy and you will be also. Give them a try.
