I would not recommend this community to anyone. The management is very unprofessional in the sense that they constantly harass your guests, they are rude, they are not courteous, they are nosy, and they fabricate lies. They are also uncultured and do not appreciate people of other races. For example, they have thier prejudgements about certain people and appear to be really nosy as if they are waiting for your downfall. They have made such comments like "Turn down your music because your type of music may not be preferred by another race/person." Furthermore, you would think that they would have caught all the individuals who steal from people's apartment with their degree of nosyness. If they have not - then they must be the thieves.

I live at Calibre Brooke. I am from overseas. I have been treated with respect and concern. I find no cultural bias at all. I like this staff very much.

I finde the managment to be very nice and helpful. There has never been anytime they have been rude. I apprecaite them taken care of all the residents of the complex.
