I have been a resident here at Calibre Brooke for 4 years. I have lived in several apartment complexes in my life and I have to say that I have found that I have never been more comfortable or safe than I have here at Calibre Brooke.

A friend told me of this web site so I had to check it out to see what people had to say about complex. I was totaly shocked to see the last comment. I have NEVER had a problem with the staff or my neighbors.

What I have seen is a professional team that cares for you and follows through with doing what they say they will do and following up with work orders. I have also seen the staff at times walking the complex at night doing light checks.

I find it rude and insulting that the last person, who if you noticed failed to put his or her name, has the nerve to say negative things about my home. My guess is that they must have gotten in some kind of trouble and with rules enforced here, they did not like it. Personally I like the fact that my manager and his staff are "nosey". At least I know that they are aware of what is going on and does something about it.

I am happy and plan to stay. Where else can you go where a staff member can come walk your dog if you are stuck at work like I was a couple of weeks ago or send you a condolence card when a parent passes away.
