I have lived here for about 7 months and will not be renewing my lease for various reasons. First, the management staff is very unprofessional and rude. They are not helpful if you have a problem, but they won't skip a beat if they need something from you, especially if it is money. They leave the property early on a consistent basis, so retrieving any packages can be difficult. Price wise, they are on the higher end for what you get, especially with the one bedrooms. Maintenance is hit or miss, they often come to "fix" a problem but somehow they claim there isn't one when they checked. And of course, by the time you get home from work, the problem has "appeared" again. If you have money to waste and have a high tolerance for rude management, I guess you might like this place. Just make sure they clean the apartment when you move in, because they didn't for mine. Good luck getting that deposit back too, even if the damage was pre-existing. I recommend taking your business elsewhere that will treat you with respect.
