The management company as a whole is awful!!! They are nice to you when they want to lease you an apt but they are absolutely rude to you until it is time for you to renew your lease. At renewal they never want to upgrade your apt or offer you an incentive. They also have raised the rent over $100. If and when you put in your notice they definitely treat you mean. They don't care about your request because their attitude is that you are moving anyway. Things don't get fixed because the maint. staff can "never find" the problem you are having. The breezways are always filthy and the trash compactor is always full. This has been an awful experience for me. I would strongly reccomend not living here. They charge the same as newer apts but don't look as nice and have old appliances.
