My roomate and I have been here for only 2 months and it has been a complete nightmare. Beware of the huge water bugs and roaches that come out at night. You will not see them when touring the complex during the day. We constantly have a gas smell throughout the apartment that keeps us feeling sick. The appliances are extremely old and do not work properly. The apartment is now infested with ants. Recently my vehicle was vandalized and when I notified the office who I suspected because this person threatned me the night before...their only response was..he has been a resident here for a long time. We are good residents that pay our rent on time therefore this review is based on facts only.

Why didn't you pay attention to the HORRIBLE reviews before you moved in??? This play is a NIGHTMARE!!

All these apartment ratings are not very good. This apartment had the least complaints and the highest rating out of all the places we found.

I challenge you to find an apartment complex in the Atlanta area where you won't find any "waterbugs" or roaches outside at night. Give me a break. If you don't like it, you're going to have to leave the south. But don't blame this one apartment complex. That's just silly. I had a gas smell in my apartment there when I first moved in. I reported it, and when they came to check, they found it was a problem with the stove because of someone who had turned the flame up too high too many times and burned the equipment. Based on that, I got a new stove. Guess my experience was just very different from yours.
