I have no idea where this person lives, but it does not exemplify Calibre Brooke at all. I've lived here for 3 years, and have never posted to this website, but read it a lot, and that was not only the worst rating I've ever seen but a huge lie, so I had to say something.

First of all, if they actually lived there, they would know that the pool is getting redone as we speak when this person says that the pool is never clean. Sounds to me like the management is taking care of their pool. One of the ladies in the office said it's going to be finished next week and it will be like a brand new pool.

Second, I don't know who they hear that are fighting or loud in the parking lot. I've never heard or seen any drunk people, fights or parties! And I know my neighbors really well and know that they would respect that I live here too.

The gates sitting open for days or weeks at a time is a COMPLETE lie!!!! They always work. They had to sit open for a few days last week because they were putting new pavement down, but how the hell else are they suppossed to do that with the gates shut'!' And doesn't that also say something that the management is keeping up with the property' Besides last week, I've never seen the gates open in all my 3 years here.

Lastly, the staff and maintenance have been awesome. I could never believe for one second that someone would yell at you! All the apartments I've lived at before have never had such "real" people that care in the office like Brooke. You must have done something very wrong or maybe been a ***** first! I've never had a problem with the amazingly fast maintenance guys. They even leave me notes to let me know what they did to fix my issues.

So there you go folks, an inside view of the real life at Calibre Brooke. I'm a happy renter there and plan to stay a long time.

I don't even live in the apartments at all, and I can tell you people notice what they want to notice and EVERYONE EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT WHY THAT IS I DON'T KNOW. BUT FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT COME ON THE SITE FROM HAVING ONE BAD EXPERIENCE AND BAD MOUTH THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO FIND A PLACE TO STAY.
