All things considered, Calibre Brooke is a wonderful place to live. It is a smaller complex and the staff are able to provide quick and personal service. Everyone in the office is friendly and does their best to be helpful with any questions I may have regarding the community. Fortunately, I have not had any serious maintenance issues, but I notice how quickly the staff responds to problems in other units. I believe they are doing all they can to make Calibre Brooke a great complex and a good value for your rental dollars.

True, you can occasionally hear plane noise from Dobbins, but it is extremely minimal and does not detract from my enjoyment of the apartment. The grounds are very well maintained and I like the fact that the larger and older trees help it feel cooler in the summer. My building is very quiet and I do not hear any loud noises from the parking lot. Sadly, crime exists everywhere but I feel safe living at Calibre Brooke. Safety issues have been a much greater concern at other complexes in the area.

Of all my rental experiences, Calibre Brooke has by far been the best. I just renewed my lease.
