I have had a horrible experience. I sighned the lease paperworkl before doing my move in inspection. When I went upstairs the apartment was in awful condition. From dirty tubs, moldy grout, stained walls, amateur paint job, filthy entry...over all the apartment is in digusting condition.
I went downstirs and said I do not want to live here and they said too bad you just signed the paperwork. They claim that they can fix everything that is wrong and that I am obligated to move in. I took pics and they tell the story of how nasty the place is....

Do not get suduced by the property grounds which is clearly where the complex puts all of time and effort. The staff is kind and courteous. But the bottom line is the apartment they tried to rent to me was well below my standard of living.

I agree with you. The place is not well maintained. I lived there and mfor two years and when i moved out they claim that I caused these damages. keep your photos and take more other wise they will not return your deposit and ask more $$$ from you.
