I lived there for two years. Some of the staff are nice, good maintenance response when you need it, nice community.
However, I am taking this back because the moment I decided to leave them they started lying at me in the back. They are lyingg; they did not return my deposit ($150). You know how it feels when you spend a couple of days cleaning the apartment to hand it in excellent condition. They are also laying more saying that I have to: replace carpet, change counter top, change other stuff and sent me a bill of extra $350.

I am a stubborn person and would not accept this unfair treatment, and that's why I am seeking justice against them.

Do not live there because the higher management are unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and with this bad economy they will come up with any reason to steal your money. I moved out some months ago and till now I am disputing the damages. I have found same price apartment near downtown Atlanta with even better quality than caliber brooke. Good for you! That's what small claims court is for! But why is your case pending? Just go before the judge & tell your story. Take any pictures or proof you have of your side & the rest is up to the judge!
