I moved in this fall and I love it here. It's very quiet. I have very nice neighbors and, unlike the place I used to live, there are no problems parking. There's even a lake with a fountain. Though I can't see it from my patio, I can hear it and it's very relaxing. All of my maintenance requests have been handled professionally in a timely manner. The office staff has also been courteous and professional.
It clean and peaceful and there are lots of places to walk my dog. I love it!
