I have lived here since May of 2003. It is pretty quiet and the place is kept up very well. they just painted the outsides of the building and redid the roof all within the last few months. Aside from the fact that management changed a lot when I first got here, everything is pretty cool. The only reason I'm considering moving is because I want a bigger apartment than my 720 sq ft and the 1050 sq ft is a lay out that I don't like. i came in obn a GREAT Special. my rent is onlt $499 plus $20 for water. But that price has been long gone. Its around $667 now I think.
