I wish I knew where to start. The apartment STILL has a small gas leak (nearly one year later) but they are too cheap to replace the leaky stove. The fridge hasn't worked since day one. It freezes the firdge part - or doesn't freeze the freezer part. They came over and turned the dial for me when I reported this (gee, wish I had thought of that) but of course the problem persists and again, they are too cheap to replace the fridge. The toilet above me has flooded 2x, due to "operator error" (idiots in the office words, its a freakin toilet) - fix the damn plumbing. Nothing will stay pluged into the electrical outlets and they wouldn't fix the phone jack in the sunroom - so the only working phone is in the kitchen. After all this, they're actually trying to raise the rent - I'm out.
