I have lived here for the last year and it's nice. I read the previous review and all my phone jacks work (I don't have one in my sunroom, but kitchen and bedrooms work fine). I love having gas stove (i like to cook). I too have had an a neighbor's bathroom leak down into mine and was told it was "operator error" or something by the office. My neighbor later told me her toddler flushed a shampoo bottle down the toilet. My apartment is a good size and my rent is reasonable. I like the gate community and the gate always works.
The staff is nice and the maintenance guys always say hi. Sometimes when I stop to drop my garbage off and they are working at the garbage compactor they will even take my garbage so I don't have to get out and go all the way around my car. They don't have to do that. The maintence guys always ask how's everything in your apartment'
I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
