DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE... the management is extremely rude and they have double standards. The pool is always dirty, gate is seldom working, breezeways are never cleaned like they should be, etc.... Calibre lake is a bad choice for an apartment complex. Oh and the apartments are over priced for the quality
