I've been here since 2005 and enjoy my home. The grounds are kept well and the gate keeps random people from driving through the community. I live near the tennis courts and close to the pool. The pool is not crowded even on the weekends. It's pretty quiet. I enjoy living in a peaceful area. Sometimes I have to walk a little way to park because I get home late, but it's not far. The rent's gone up a little, but still a good value. I'd recommend Calibre Lake to anyone.
