Well, the time has come for me to move out of the apartment, and I can't remember being so happy to leave an apartment since I graduated from college. Initially, the place seemed like a great value for the money, however, after living here for a year, I'm left with fewer good things to say, other than that the rent is low, your water is paid for and there are no bugs. The floors and ceilings creak loudly, there is no storage, the terraces have painted over rust, and since the property was sold in February, the quality of living has gone downhill. I guess you could say that the apartment has served its purpose, but I'm not intending on staying another year.
