I have lived here for several years and have been very happy overall. It is not the Ritz, but a simple drive through of here and then some of the surrounding complexes in the area shoudl tell you all you need to know. The grounds are kept up, there is not pumping music from cars/apartments, and you don't see trash all over the balconies like the others.

Occassionally I have heard my neighbor, but I feel that is part of the trade off for being in an apartment. The staff is nice, but often busy. Sometimes they don't get to my requests the same day, but they always get to them. They have even added a person to plan socials (bingo, breakfasts, etc.) every couple of weeks.

Someone on here said they saw roaches. I never have, but I know they offer pest treatments free of charge every week, so if someone has bugs it is only because they don't keep the apartment clean or don't tell the office.

Overall I would give it 4 1/2 out of 5.
