Even though it may look good on the outside for the price, Chater Square is not the place it pretend to be. Maintainence calls are infrequent and when they ARE tended to, seldom is the problem fixed the first time.
There is plenty of noise in the area due to the close proximity to Dobbins Naval Air Station less than 1.5 miles down the street, not to mention late night traffic and early, early morning visits from the garbage pickup every other day.
The low price also attracts the most careless and inconsiderate inhabitants who litter, holler, disobey nearly all of the complexes "rules" and generally run free with all types of illegal activities.
Finally, if you should need to break your lease for reasons beyond your control, you will be charged at least two months rent, which in this reviewers case amounted to $1800.
In short, avoid this place like the plague.
